FLCV CLUB MEMBER AWARDS FOR RECOGNITIONS OF TITLES
Getting a title involves a lot of hard work, dedication and perspiration! So in recognition of the well earned achievements of our members and their Lappies, the FLCV invites those who have received an ANKC recognised title or award in the 12 months leading up to our Championship Show to let us know. The award is open to all Victorian and interstate members who’ve received an ANKC recognised title. We will require a copy of your official certificate from the ANKC/State affiliate.
The FLCV presents these awards to our members at our Annual Awards presentation held at the conclusion of our Championship Show each year. However, if you are unable to attend other arrangements can be made.
Applications close on 17 September for titles earned between 1 September and 31 August each year*
*For titles earned close to the closing date and not yet processed or certificates received, evidence of the title submission form will be sufficient
Complete the form below, and make payment of $5 per dog to the FLCV to have your dog’s title(s) recognised.
If you’d like us to post your ribbon, please include an additional $3 for standard postage, or $10 for registered postage, and include your postage details in the Comments.
